This Policy explains how fideform processes personal data under the EU GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL). Data is hosted in the EU.

1. Data we process

Account data (name, email, role), company data (PIB/EORI), and transport documents you create (which may include driver and consignee details). We minimize data to what the documents and compliance require.

2. Purpose & legal basis

We process data to provide the Service (contract performance) and to meet legal obligations (e-otpremnica, customs, transport documentation).

3. Your rights

You may access, export, correct, or request erasure of personal data. The platform provides data export and erasure (anonymization of driver/partner PII) on request.

4. Retention & security

Documents are retained per statutory periods. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; access is tenant-isolated; an append-only audit log records key actions.

5. Sub-processors & contact

We use EU-based infrastructure and email providers under data processing agreements. For data requests, contact your account administrator or fideform support.
