These Terms govern your use of the fideform platform (the “Service”), operated by fideform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your organization’s account, the accuracy of submitted data, and for users you invite. You must be authorized to act for the company you register.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per vehicle with an included monthly document quota. Fees are due in advance; non-payment may suspend document sending while read access and archive remain.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. fideform transmits and formats documents; it does not provide legal or tax advice.

4. Data & compliance

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in the EU. You retain ownership of your data and may export or request deletion.

5. Liability & changes

The Service is provided “as is”. fideform may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
